Slope Style Dublin

For this residence, the lot had a small existing patio, firepit, and an aggressive slope. The new patio was designed to have multiple levels using the existing grade as an advantage instead of a distraction. Each level is separated by limestone steps and a retaining wall with plantings for visual separation. The new spa is visible from the inside of the house so the owner can keep a watchful eye on the children outside and is built-in to the slope for added appeal.
