How We're Set Up
Locally Owned and Operated
Peabody has operated in Central Ohio since 1982. Today the office, equipment yard, and working tree nursery are on Dublin Road.
Residential and commercial work run as separate teams inside one company. When a property moves from construction to maintenance, or from summer service to snow, the people and the records stay under the same roof.
The company has worked twelve months a year from the start, with landscape work in the growing season and snow service in winter. A staffing program brings experienced crews back every season, and the people who answer the phone know the properties.

The Nursery and the Yard
Our nursery and staging yard give plant material, equipment, stone, and soil a place to be checked and organized before a crew reaches the property.
Crews can see what is on hand, what still needs to be staged, and what the site can take before loading for the job.
We grow trees at our nursery for Peabody projects. Stone, soil and equipment stage through the same yard, so what reaches a property has been checked before the truck leaves Dublin Road.
