Yes. Residential work includes design-build, maintenance, lighting, fertilization, irrigation, and tree nursery support. Commercial work includes grounds maintenance, construction, and snow management for HOAs, campuses, retail centers, and municipal properties.

Start with the property location, the type of work, timing, and a few photos if you have them. That is enough for us to put the right person on the call back.

It starts with a site visit on your schedule, where we look at grade, drainage, soil, sun and shade, and how you use the space. We design what we later build, so the plan accounts for door thresholds, utilities and how people move through the yard. The written proposal sets out the scope, the order of the work and roughly how long each part takes.

A patio moves differently than a full backyard. Design time, permits, material lead times and weather all set the schedule, and the written proposal states it before any work starts.

As soon as the beds dry out in early spring. Maintenance clients are scheduled automatically: bed cleanup, weed preventer and fresh mulch open every season.

Earlier than most people think. Design conversations in fall and winter put a project at the front of the spring build calendar in Central Ohio. Waiting until April means designing while everyone else is building.

Peabody currently sells contracted snow and ice management for commercial properties. Standalone residential snow service is not offered.

Yes. We maintain properties across Columbus regardless of who designed or installed them. We assess the current condition and build the program around what is already there.

Yes. We handle irrigation startup, repair, adjustment, and winterization where it fits the landscape scope. We do not perform plumber work.

The nursery focuses on tree selection and installation. Ask during the site review whether removal is part of the proposed scope or needs a separate qualified tree contractor.
