Commercial Irrigation in Central Ohio
Installation, seasonal service, and repair for properties where the landscape investment depends on the water working.
Commercial Irrigation by Season
A commercial property's planting and turf live or die on irrigation. A zone that fails in July costs more in dead plants and replacement than a season of service, and residents, tenants, and boards see the brown before anyone sees the work order.
Peabody installs, services, and winterizes irrigation systems on HOA communities, campuses, retail centers, and institutional grounds across Central Ohio. On accounts where Peabody also holds the maintenance contract, the crews walking the property every week are usually the first to catch a failed head or a dry zone, often before it becomes visible damage.
Startups, backflow coordination, mid-season adjustments, repairs, and winterization run on a schedule set at the start of the season, documented as they happen.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does irrigation service require a maintenance contract?
No. Some accounts contract irrigation alone. On combined accounts, the landscape crew sees the system run every week and can flag a dry zone, leak, or broken head between scheduled irrigation visits.
When do startup and winterization happen?
Startups run in spring once freeze risk passes; winterizations are scheduled in fall before sustained freezing. Both are put on the calendar at the start of the season, and both are documented per visit.
Who handles repairs during the season?
Our crews. Repairs are reported through the account lead, scheduled, performed, and recorded. Every account has a named lead with a direct line, and calls are returned within 48 hours.
Can irrigation be added during a construction project?
Yes. Including irrigation in the construction scope allows sleeves, lines, and zones to be coordinated with grading, hardscape, and planting work.
