Outdoor Lighting in Central Ohio
Low-voltage lighting for the paths, steps, entries, planting and outdoor rooms of Central Ohio homes, planned with the landscape.
How We Plan Outdoor Lighting
Good outdoor lighting starts with the places people walk at night. Steps, walks, gates, patio edges, pool decks and the front entry get enough light to cross safely, without floodlighting the whole property.
From there, accent lighting earns its place. Stone piers, walls, specimen trees, water and the face of the house each get their own light at night, and the fixtures stay out of view.
We use low-voltage LED fixtures with warm output, durable housings, and placement planned to disappear during the day.
Landscape lighting fixture placement follows the plan, not the other way around. Sleeves and wire runs go in with the hardscape and planting so there is no trenching through finished ground later, and on maintained properties the lamps are checked as part of the regular service visit. The result is a property you can use at night the way you use it in daylight, with light on the path and the fixtures out of sight.
Lighting in Context
Lighting for the Way the Property Is Used at Night
Lighting should let the patio, pool, walkways, walls and planting work together once the sun is down. The goal is a Central Ohio property people can use comfortably on a summer night, not a row of bright fixtures.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where does lighting make the biggest difference?
Walkways, entries, steps, specimen trees, patios, and architectural masonry. We start with the places people move through first, then add accent light where it earns its place.
Do you use LED fixtures?
Yes. Modern LED landscape fixtures are efficient, durable, and produce warm light that is hard to distinguish from traditional halogen.
Can you add lighting to an existing landscape?
Yes. We regularly retrofit lighting into established landscapes. Low-voltage LED systems require minimal trenching and can be installed without disrupting existing plantings.
Do you maintain lighting systems?
Yes. We offer annual maintenance checkups — lamp replacement, fixture adjustment, timer programming for seasonal daylight changes, and connection inspection.
