The Role

Field work on residential and commercial maintenance routes across Central Ohio: mowing, pruning, bed care, and seasonal cleanups.

$19.22–$25 per hour, based on role, experience, and crew assignment

This is an entry point into field maintenance work. Crew members can build experience in equipment operation, plant handling, and crew leadership as assignments and openings allow. The work is physical, outdoors, and detail-oriented.

What the Work Includes

  • Work with a crew on landscape maintenance routes across Central Ohio properties
  • Mowing, pruning, edging, bed work, mulching, and seasonal cleanup
  • Care for turf and planting beds to our standard on every visit
  • Operate powered equipment as trained, including mowers, blowers, and trimmers
  • Care for trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment as if they were your own; weekly tool inventory
  • Winter work available on snow operations for those who want year-round hours

What It Takes

  • Able to work outside through Ohio heat, rain, cold, and snow
  • Reliable: on time, prepared, every day
  • Able to lift and carry landscape materials and work on your feet all day
  • Valid driver's license preferred

Helps, Not Required

  • A year of crew experience, or equivalent time behind real equipment
  • Plant knowledge or an interest in learning it
  • Fertilizer/herbicide application experience
  • Spanish/English bilingual
